Every day The Buffalo Club brings the freshest seasonal produce to your plate. Chef Ashly Hicks adds these new flavour dimensions to our range of menus such that whenever you come to The Buffalo Club, we create a unique dining experience.

You have a choice of two degustations with or without matching wines from our Cape or White Buffalo Menus. Whatever menu you choose,  every dish created by Chef Ashly Hicks is thoughtfully constructed and positioned in the menu to express the ingredients to their full potential.

We have also just lauched a new Wild Buffalo menu which is available midweek only.  Each night a 5 course menu will be hand picked from the White Buffalo menu and is priced at $70.

• Wild Buffalo 

  A new addition and available midweek only.  Enjoy 5 courses handpicked each evening for $70 with wine matching for $50. 

• Cape Buffalo 
  
  Chosen and balanced by Chef Ashly Hicks, including 8 courses from the White Buffalo Menu for $110 with wine matching for $70

  A special new addition to The Buffalo Club, come and unwind from the week that was between 12-2pm on Fridays with five courses for $70 with wine matching for $50.
