Owner and Chef Ashly Hicks Following a two year stint at Tom Aikens’ award-winning London restaurant, Chef Ashly Hicks joined The Buffalo Club in July 2009. Today, he draws on his experiences honing his craft with Aikens alongside Chef Aiden Byrne, and his time at Gordon Ramsay’s Boxwood restaurant, to bring create unique dining experiences every day at The Buffalo Club. |
