Owner Daniel Bechly After more than 14 years working in the hospitality industry across Australia and the UK, Owner Daniel Bechly brings a wealth of restaurant management experience. From restaurants in Brisbane and London to bars and cafes in Melbourne and Canberra, Daniel has built a strong and varied history in fine food and wine.
Owner and Chef Ashly Hicks Following a two year stint at Tom Aikens’ award-winning London restaurant, Chef Ashly Hicks joined The Buffalo Club in July 2009. Today, he draws on his experiences honing his craft with Aikens alongside Chef Aiden Byrne, and his time at Gordon Ramsay’s Boxwood restaurant, to bring create unique dining experiences every day at The Buffalo Club.
